Michael McMain is a certified personal trainer and TPI Golf Fitness professional who helps clients move better, feel stronger, and perform with more confidence whether that’s on the course or in everyday life. His training blends practical, real-world coaching with a science-backed approach to strength, mobility, and performance.

He works with clients from all walks of life but has a particular focus on golf performance, helping players improve mobility, balance, and sequencing for a more efficient and powerful swing. Whether you're an athlete, weekend golfer, or just trying to move without pain, Michael builds individualized programs that are built to last grounded in biomechanics.

Michael’s own journey into fitness wasn’t a typical one. Born with a heart condition, he grew up being told to avoid sports and weightlifting altogether. But in recent years, he started exploring strength training and slowly realized how much his body was capable of with the right approach. That experience sparked not only personal growth but a deeper passion for helping others do the same, especially those who might feel limited by injury, health issues, or self-doubt.
