Performance, Fitness & Wellness Services

Build a Better Body. Move Better. Perform Better. Live Better.

My approach to fitness has always gone beyond simply putting someone through a workout.

Every person who comes to me has different goals, different limitations, and a different reason for wanting to improve. For some, that means generating more power in their golf swing. For others, it means becoming stronger, improving mobility, losing body fat, eating better, staying active as they age, or learning how to remain focused under pressure.

That is why my programs are built around the individual.

While golf performance training has become the primary focus of my work, I continue to offer several complementary training and wellness services built around one central philosophy:

Improve the person, not just the workout.

Golf Performance Training

Build the Body That Builds the Swing

Golf is an athletic movement.

Strength, mobility, stability, balance, sequencing, rotational power, and the ability to efficiently transfer force through the body can all affect the way you swing a golf club.

My golf performance programs are designed to identify the physical qualities that may be helping—or limiting—your golf swing and then develop a training program specifically around them.

Depending on the golfer, we may work on:

  • Rotational strength and power
  • Hip mobility
  • Thoracic mobility
  • Core stability and rotation
  • Lead-leg strength and force production
  • Balance and stability
  • Shoulder mobility
  • Speed development
  • Injury prevention
  • Overall strength and conditioning

Whether you are trying to gain distance, move better, become more consistent, or simply continue playing golf for many years, the goal is to make your body an asset to your golf swing.

Golf Performance Nutrition

Fuel the Body. Fuel the Round.

Golf nutrition is about much more than what you eat before teeing off.

Nutrition affects energy, concentration, hydration, recovery, body composition, strength development, sleep, and your ability to maintain performance throughout an entire round.

As a certified nutritionist, I help golfers develop practical nutrition strategies designed around both health and performance.

My approach emphasizes real food, quality ingredients, proper hydration, adequate protein, intelligent supplementation when appropriate, and nutritional strategies that can actually fit into everyday life.

Programs may address:

  • Pre-round nutrition
  • On-course fueling
  • Hydration and electrolyte strategies
  • Muscle development
  • Body composition
  • Recovery nutrition
  • Anti-inflammatory food choices
  • Supplementation
  • Everyday nutrition habits

The goal is not simply to eat like an athlete for four hours on the golf course.

It is to build a healthier body that is capable of performing better.

Golf Focus & Mental Performance

Train Your Attention Like You Train Your Swing

One of the greatest challenges in golf happens between the ears.

A golfer can have excellent mechanics and still struggle when thoughts about score, swing mechanics, mistakes, pressure, or the next shot begin interfering with performance.

My golf focus programs combine principles from mindfulness and MBSR with the unique mental demands of golf.

The objective is not to eliminate thought completely.

It is to develop the ability to recognize distraction, reset your attention, and return to the present moment.

We may work on:

  • Pre-shot focus
  • Present-moment awareness
  • Managing distractions
  • Letting go of previous shots
  • Competition focus
  • Breathing techniques
  • Mental reset routines
  • Managing performance pressure
  • Staying mentally engaged throughout a round

For competitive golfers especially, learning how to control attention can become a major performance advantage.

Strength & Fitness Training

You Don't Have to Be a Golfer to Train With Me

Although golf performance has become my specialty, I continue to work with individuals who simply want to become stronger, healthier, and more physically capable.

My one-on-one fitness programs are completely individualized and may include strength training, mobility, body composition improvement, cardiovascular conditioning, corrective exercise, balance, core training, and healthy-aging strategies.

You may want to:

  • Become stronger
  • Build muscle
  • Improve mobility
  • Lose body fat
  • Move without as much restriction
  • Return to exercise after time away
  • Improve balance and stability
  • Stay active as you age
  • Feel better in everyday life

You don't need to be an athlete.

You simply need to want to improve.

A Holistic Approach to Performance

Whether I am working with a golfer, an athlete, or someone who simply wants to live a healthier life, I rarely look at one area of the body in isolation.

Strength matters.

But so does mobility.

Nutrition matters.

But so do sleep, hydration, recovery, stress, and daily habits.

Mental focus matters.

But it becomes much harder when the body is exhausted, poorly fueled, or physically uncomfortable.

All of these systems interact.

That is why my approach has evolved into something much broader than traditional personal training.

Strength. Movement. Nutrition. Recovery. Focus. Performance.

When those pieces begin working together, the results can extend far beyond what happens in the gym.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don't need to know exactly which program you need before contacting me.

That's part of the process.

We can begin by talking about what you want to accomplish, what you are currently struggling with, and where you would like to be.

From there, we can determine the best place to start.

Your goals may be different.

Your program should be too.
