Standing Calf Raise
This is a simple but effective movement to strengthen your calves. Just hold onto a chair or doorway for balance and raise up onto the balls of your feet, then slowly lower back down. It trains lower leg strength and control key for balance and posture in the golf swing.

- Grab something to hold onto, like a chair or doorway. You can also hold weight with one hand to make this exercise more difficult.
- Stand all the way up on your toes, feeling your calf squeeze.
- Slowly control yourself on the way down.
- Repeat.
