Ipsilateral Balance Single Arm Twisting Press Instructions
- Set the cable or band position at shoulder height.
- Try to maintain your balance during the entire exercise.
- Grab the handle with one hand and walk forward achieve the desired resistance.
- Raise the leg on the opposite side of the body as you are grabbing the band.
- Standing upright and with a tight core, press forward, straightening your arm out in front of you.
- As you press, twist your torso.
- As you twist back, slowly bring the handle back towards your chest.
- Return to starting position and repeat.
