The machine chest press is a great way to build upper body strength while keeping the movement controlled and stable. It targets your chest, shoulders, and triceps—helping support stronger posture and upper body control in your golf swing.

Chest Press Instructions
- Adjust the seat so that the handles are in line with your chest.
- Keep your wrists straight and elbows at about 90 degrees.
- Press forward extending your arms into a complete lockout.
- Slowly bring your arms back controlling the weight.
- Repeat.
