  1. Adjust the seat so that the handles are in line with your Shoulders.
  2. Keep your wrists straight and press upwards.
  3. Focus on squeezing your front deltoid and triceps.
  4. Bring your arms down slowly, controlling the weight.
  5. Repeat.
