The suspension knee pull is a great combination of plank and lying knee up, it normally takes me 5 minutes to get my feet in the stirrups but once I do... hold on!

Suspension Knee Pull Instructions

  • Get your feet in the TRX or Jungle Gym Stirrups and walk your hands forward like a suspension plank or pushup.
  1. Slowly pull your knees in towards your chest, bending your knees as they tuck under your hips.
  2. Try to keep your feet together.
  3. Continue to pull your knees inward until they are under your hips.
  4. Slowly return to start and repeat.
