Standing Forearm Curl Instructions

  • Choose a short pole, kitchen utensil, or tool that is fairly light weight and straight.
  1. Brace the top your forearm, so that your palm is facing up, on a flat surface with your wrist and hand off the edge of the surface.
  2. Grip the pole firmly in your hand so the part coming off the thumb part of your hand is either longer or heavier.
    1. That end needs to be heavier.
  3. Starting with your palm facing up, slowly rotate your hand bringing the heavier part up.
  4. Keep rotating until the pole is facing straight up.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
