Standing Forearm Curl Instructions
- Choose a short pole, kitchen utensil, or tool that is fairly light weight and straight.
- Brace the top your forearm, so that your palm is facing up, on a flat surface with your wrist and hand off the edge of the surface.
- Grip the pole firmly in your hand so the part coming off the thumb part of your hand is either longer or heavier.
- That end needs to be heavier.
- Starting with your palm facing up, slowly rotate your hand bringing the heavier part up.
- Keep rotating until the pole is facing straight up.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
