Reverse Forearm Curl Instructions

  • Grab a straight bar with an overhand grip.
  1. Stand up straight with your shoulders back and core tight.
  2. While keeping your elbows tight to your sides, raise the bar up by bending your elbows.
  3. When your hands are even with your elbows extend your wrist, pulling your hands up.
  4. Pause and slowly bring your hands down.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
