Reverse Forearm Curl with Dumbbells Instructions
- Find a bench, chair, or other stable object to support your forearms on.
- Either kneel or stand behind the bench and support your forearm by resting it on the bench. Grab a dumbbell firmly in your hand with an overhand grip, so your palm is facing down and let your wrist and hands hang off the edge of the bench.
- Slowly let your hand flex down as far as it can go without causing discomfort in your wrist.
- Extend your wrist to bring the dumbbell up, squeezing your forearms at the top.
- Return to the starting position and repeat.
