Reverse Forearm Curl with Dumbbells Instructions

  • Find a bench, chair, or other stable object to support your forearms on.
  1. Either kneel or stand behind the bench and support your forearm by resting it on the bench.  Grab a dumbbell firmly in your hand with an overhand grip, so your palm is facing down and let your wrist and hands hang off the edge of the bench.
  2. Slowly let your hand flex down as far as it can go without causing discomfort in your wrist.
  3. Extend your wrist to bring the dumbbell up, squeezing your forearms at the top.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat.
