Standing Forearm Curl Instructions
- Use a straight barbell with a comfortable amount of weight.
- Grab the bar with an overhand grip about shoulder width apart.
- Stand up straight, with a tight core, leaning over just slightly so the bar is not touching your legs/waist.
- Let your arms stay straight and curl your hands up as far as you can.
- Slowly let your wrists straighten.
- When your wrists are straight loosen your grip to let the bar roll down your fingers.
- Return to the start.
- Repeat.
