Tim’s passion for health and wellness began in college, when he successfully rehabbed his own herniated disc. He then followed a self-destructive path and developed some addictions that he has worked very hard to overcome. Tim dedicated himself to learning everything there is to know about mindfulness, physical therapy, physiology, nutrition and rehabilitation techniques.
