I have worked out with many trainers in the past but he is by far the best. He is so knowledgeable in helping me to achieve my fitness goals and also helping me with nutrition. He is so motivating that he has me considering fitness goals that I never thought I could achieve but now believe that with his help I can. Even though I had to leave for six months he’s training me from afar!!

Tim’s holistic approach, knowledge, experience, and creativity (which are all amazing!!) enabled a plan that safely challenges me despite some limitations. And if that wasn’t enough, Tim also provides steadfast positivity and support. He genuinely cares and wants you to be your best. I’ve never felt better – or stronger! (FYI, I’m 61) – and look forward to each session.

European Trip Prep

I had an upcoming European tour and wanted more strength and energy to climb the steep terrain. So I chose the personal training and was thrilled that they would come to my house. 2 month fix

Tim was my trainer and he’s great. Pushed me harder then I would push myself but really that’s why many of us need trainers. He asked about prior injuries handled them perfectly and everything felt better within 2 months. My strength and stamina increased significantly I felt and looked better then I had in a long time.

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and able to tailor your workout to any physical limitations you might have. I have almost completely recovered from a rotator cuff injury under Tim’s watchful eye.
