Full Body With Exercise Bands
- Standing band row
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Light weight band (yellow)
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Exercise band low row
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Heavy weight band (red or black)
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Exercise Band High Row
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Medium weight band (green or blue)
- 2 sets of 12 reps
- Exercise Band Chest Press
- 2 sets of 12 reps

- Incline Band Chest Press

- Make sure you only do 6 reps, you shouldn't have any problem (lightheaded) with only 2 sets of 6 reps

Mindfulness Practice:
On my mindfulness page choose either my guided meditation or the mindfulness home practice. You can choose to do either one or if you are feeling really motivated, do both. Just make sure that you do at least one every day.
